Profile of General Manager Ye Xincai:

1. From September 1989 to July 1993, he studied vegetables in the Department of Horticulture, Zhejiang Agricultural University. The graduation thesis was taught by Professor Jiang Youtiao, a melon breeder.

2. From August 1993 to August 2003, he was the sales manager of Nongyou Seedlings (China) Co., Ltd.

3. In May 1995, he went to Thailand for business training and inspection of the seedling market.

4. In July 1995, he participated in the Cross-Strait West Melon Breeders Association.

5. In June 1996, he participated in the "International Conference on Seed Science and Technology" held by Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou.

6. In August 2001, he went to Holland and Germany for business training and inspection of the seedling market.

7. From September 2003 to August 2004, he was the general manager of Xiamen Company, a famous enterprise in Shanghai.

8. August 2004 --- up to now, established Xiamen Haolide Seedling Co., Ltd., legal person and general manager.
